The M/V Excellence is equipped with state of the art equipment that produces high quality surimi, fillet and mince block, pollock roe, fish meal and fish oil. Surimi and fillet block products are processed and frozen at sea to meet demanding quality specifications and HACCP food safety requirements. All product is sold by Premier Pacific Seafoods and shipped to our partners and customers in the United States and Canada, Asia and Europe.

Alaska Pollock

Alaska pollock is a key species in the Alaska groundfish complex and a target species of one of the world’s largest and lowest bycatch fisheries. Pollock is a semi-pelagic schooling fish that is widely distributed in the North Pacific Ocean, with the largest concentrations in the eastern Bering Sea.

U.S. wild-caught Alaska pollock is a smart seafood choice because it is very nutritious, sustainably managed and responsibly harvested under U.S. regulations.

Pacific Whiting (Hake)

Pacific whiting (Hake) is targeted in the Spring and Fall months off the coast of Oregon and Washington.

Pacific whiting is a ray-finned fish species found off the West Coast of the United States and Canada. They are a semi-pelagic schooling species of groundfish. Pacific whiting have very similar production characteristics to Alaska pollock.
